Nurse's Corner

Nurse Information and immunization requirements: 

6th grade students are required to have one vaccine of Tdap (Tetanus) and one vaccine of MCV4 (meningitis) after age of 11.  

Preschool students are required to have a flu vaccine as of beginning of Sep, 2022.  

All students missing immunizations and or physicals from last school year must provide documentation of missing immunizations and or physicals as a request was sent home in June,2022.  

Students who need to take medications during the school hours must provide the proper paperwork signed from their health care provider and parent along with the medication in the original containers.
